This STCW Basic First Aid online course aims to train seafarers who need to be able to practice elementary first aid on board ship. This training is equivalent to Elementary First Aid.
The STCW Basic First Aid training is mandatory for all seafarers.
This course covers the requirements of the STCW code Convention Chapter VI, Section AV/1, Table A-VI/1-3
The STCW Basic First Aid online course is in accordance with the IMO model course 1.13
When this online course is passed with a satisfactory result, it is also possible to receive the STCW Basic First Aid certificate, as a hard copy.
