How it works
From first course to final invoice

Pick your courses
Choose from six STCW courses, each showing its EUR price. Switch them on from Manage courses and they are immediately available for your team.

Track who is done
Each participant moves from Invited to In progress to Completed. Certificates are available to download the moment a course is finished.
03
Build an invoice
Select the completed courses you want to bill, check the totals, and hit Create invoice. It starts as a draft and flips to Paid once settled.

Keep tabs on your account
The overview page shows your invitation quota, current deposit balance and payment terms at a glance. No need to call or email to check.

Security Training
The catalog has six courses: Crisis Management and Human Behavior, Crowd Management, Designated Security Duties, Security Awareness, Security Awareness for Cruise Ships, and Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities BMA. All are priced in EUR and can be switched on from Manage courses.
Each company account comes with a pool of invitations (150 as standard). Every invitation you send to an employee reduces that number by one. You can check your remaining quota at any time on the Company profile page.
Yes. Go to Company profile and add your default group names, for example “Purchase Order” or “Vessel number”. They will pre-fill on every new invoice from that point on.
All prices are in EUR and dates are shown in DD-MM-YYYY format. The portal is set up for European maritime companies.
Select the completed courses you want to bill, add your references and billing address, and save the invoice. It starts as a draft. Once payment comes in you mark it as Paid and a PDF is available to download. Your deposit balance and payment terms (e.g. NET 30) are always visible on the Company profile.
