When working in noisy environments, it’s important to be aware of the risks, what the dangers are and how best to avoid them. Noise Awareness is about identifying noise and how best to protect yourself and those around you.
Training objectives
This course is suitable for people working in offshore construction, industry, hospitality and shipping.
The course provides learners with a basic awareness of how noise works, how noise affects the ears and how to reduce hearing loss for themselves and others.
It includes both theoretical and practical information about noise and how to determine who is responsible for protecting your ears.

After passing the assessment, you will receive a download link for your signed and stamped certificate approved by ECMT (Emergency Control and Maritime Training)

This STCW.online Asbestos Awareness course, is an awareness course. It is aimed at all people onboard a ship. If your job requires either working in an environment with asbestos or removing asbestos, additional practical course is then required.
